Shop Updates

We restock our online store as frequently as we can (we always post about it prior on our instagram!)  We will try and do product drops monthly - but might be bi-monthly due to the unique nature of our local product manufacturing. Once we have built up enough stock we will start posting about our drop (typically 2 weeks ahead of time).

Covid 19

You know the drill, supply chain issues, shipping delays and all sorts of stuff beyond our control. We’ve all learned patience over these past couple years, right?

We do flat rate shipping and offer the option for local pick-up for those in the Vancouver area.

We ship in batches approximately once every one to two weeks, between 5-10 business days. We’re a small design company and we make, pack and ship everything ourselves - if you are trying to hit a deadline let us know and we can likely rush shipping on your order.

Domestic orders usually take around 1 week to arrive from dispatch

International orders will be around 2 weeks

We will ship via Canada Post, and follow up with tracking as soon as it’s been shipped. If it has not arrived within 1-2 weeks of receiving your tracking number please reach out and we will try to help you track it down. The longer we wait to find the package, the slimmer the chance we have to track it down.

Should you want us to ship a larger item like a rug please reach out via email and depending on your location we will organize the appropriate company to dispatch your item and invoice you shipping cost prior to delivery.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, however in the event of a shipping mishap get in contact asap so we can try to help sort it out.

In the event of a package not arriving at the estimated date please get in contact immediately so we can try and track it down. Stooludio does not offer full refunds or credit for things beyond our control.

If an item arrives damaged, please follow up with us via email with pictures of the box / damaged product / date of arrival, so we can try to sort it out with the shipping provider.
